Full List of Library Policies

A Personal Identification Number (PIN) assigned by the Library is required to access e-resources, such as: e-resources, e-books, steaming videos and more. It is also used to check your account and renew materials through My Library Account.

For SAIT Students your default PIN is the last four digits of the phone number you provided when you registered. You can change your PIN at any time.

Other borrowers can request PINs using the request form, in-person at the Information Desk or through any of our contact points.

Note: If you request your PIN through the automated form, it will be sent to the email address we have on file. For most users, that will be your @sait.ca or @edu.sait.ca address. You can access your SAIT email through mySAIT.
