The Lois Hole Campus Alberta Digital Library

The Lois Hole Campus Alberta Digital Library (LHCADL) is a program sponsored by the Government of Alberta to provide digital resources to the Province‘s colleges and universities. Delivered by The Alberta Library (TAL) through participating institutions, the LHCADL represents significant growth to the range of digital resources available to learners in Alberta. This program of new resources includes the technical infrastructure, staff resources and information literacy training needed to support a digital learning environment.

Academic Search Complete full text articles	Provides access to more than 4,600 publications covering nearly every field of academic study, including science, technology, arts, social science and more.
Agricola citation index	Compiled by the U.S. National Agricultural Library (NAL). Contains over 2.5 million citations for journal articles, monographs, theses, patents, software, audio-visual materials and technical reports dating back to 1970.
Alt.Health Watch full text articles	Provides articles from publications in all areas of alternative medicine. Including complementary, holistic and integrated approaches to health care and wellness.
Associations Unlimited directory	Contains detailed entries for associations, nonprofit groups, private agencies and other organizations around the world. From local business associations to international aid agencies.
Business Source Complete full text articles	Contains articles covering all disciplines of business, including: marketing, management, accounting, finance, economics and more. Some journals go as far back as 1920s. Additional content includes: market research reports, industry reports, country reports, company profiles and SWOT analyses.
Canadian Business and Current Affairs (CBCA) Complete full text articles	Provides coverage of science, the arts, law, lifestyles and academia from a Canadian perspective. Contains CBCA Education, CBCA Current Affairs and CBCA Reference.
Canadian Literary Centre full text articles	A collection of reference books and articles containing author biographies, criticism, reviews and essays related to Canadian literature.
Canadian NewsStand full text articles	Provides access to Canadian daily and weekly newspapers with articles dating back to the early 1980s. Includes urban, rural and community publications from across the country.
Canadian Reference Centre reference books	Combines magazines, newspapers and reference books to create a collection of Canadian publications. Includes many international books and journals with Canadian content or articles of interest to Canadians.
Computers and Applied Sciences Complete full text articles	Covers research and development in computing and applied sciences. This collection includes academic journals, professional publications and other reference sources.
Contemporary Authors reference books	Provides complete biographical and bibliographic information on more than 120,000 U.S. and international authors.
CPI.Q (Canadian Periodical Index) full text articles	Provides access to over 400 Canadian and international journals, magazines and newspapers covering topics of interest to or about Canadians.
Education Research Complete full text articles	Provides access to material covering all levels of education from early childhood to higher education and all educational specialties. This collection includes journal articles, books and conference papers.
Environment Complete full text articles	Covers diverse environmental topics, such as: agriculture, environmental law and technology, ecology, pollution and waste management and renewalable energy.
ERIC full text articles	The Educational Resource Information Center provides access to digests, reference sources, citations and abstracts from journals covering all aspects of primary, secondary and post-secondary education.
